Non-Annual Unofficial MOTD Wine Tasting

Fellow Winos:

Since 6 out of the 8 members of our monthly wine club are going to be attending MOTD, I thought I’d throw out an informal invite to a wine tasting for those who are not into the Beer Swap.

We’re planning on 6:00 pm on Friday at our cabin in Fontana Village. If you’d like to participate, just bring a nice bottle of wine to share ($20.00 minimum, I know price doesn’t guarantee quality but at least we’ll weed out 2 buck chuck – feel free to show up with an ’82 Mouton-Rothschild ) and your own wine glass!

If you’re interested, PM me and I’ll give you our cabin number.

Day-ummmm...a Dixie cup won't do? On the otherhand, I COULD reuse those plastic Communion cups...right?

There is no reason to sink so low when some of the best American moonshine is made in the vicinity of the Dragon.

Would some of our local wines work, they aren't $20 but they are from popular missouri wineries? Just wanted to ask because I'm definitely more into wine than beer myself.

Shannah -

Local wines from your area sound great! You know what I was trying to accomplish with the $20 suggestion.
