Has anyone had any success getting ahold of Randy lately? I've left countless emails and voicemails the last several months with no response (both his voicemail boxes seem perpetually full). I had a great experience with a Stage 1 upgrade install in September in his shop and he suggested I wait for the Cold Air Induction box that he was working on. I've waited for six months now and still am missing that piece of the puzzle, in spite of having paid for the whole thing up front. Any suggestions?
I like Randy's background and philosophies, and he is clearly dedicated to these cars, but if you are going to run a business...RUN IT!
I placed an order last Sunday, and have yet to hear anything about it, when it will ship, and when I can expect it...nor am I able to get a hold of anyone associated with Webb Motorsports. I really would like to have Randy's rear sway and the springs I ordered, but would also like to install them sometime this season! Remember, I could buy the same or comparable product somewhere else.

Randy is a hard guy to get ahold of. I was, however, impressed that he called me two days after I did my install to make sure that everything went well! He seems like a good guy, but I do think he needs to bring someone on full time to handle the business and customer service side of things. In the end, I don't regret going with Webb, just wish things had gone smoother.
My experience with ordering from Randy was that it took 3 months to get my Webb Sport Box and RAF. I finally sent him an e-mail saying "ship the parts or refund my money". He did ship the parts. I have not had the time to check the package but I assume it is ok. Randy flys 6 days a week and up until recently he had 1 day during the week to deal with Webb Motorsports. I think he is sincere honest guy who does care about Mini's and aftermarket parts but he has bitten off more then he can chew. I would like to continue to do business with him. But I want to wait and see if he has a better organization in place so that it can function properly when he is away flying. He simply cannot treat it like a hobby. Before he took on the job as a commercial pilot he was very attentive to his customers. In fact he called me personally when I first enquired about Webb Motorsports. I was quite impressed. His new life style does not allow him to devote the attention to Web Motorsports that is needed. I did hear he hired somone to help out now. I'm hoping this will aleviate the problem of shipping orders out in a timely manner. Until I hear that service improved I will not order anything else from him. He has a very loyal following and I would like to be one. However he has to get his ship in order.
Ditto with everything said. I ordered a Webb Pulley 1 month ago and have not heard a thing since. I went ahead and did the other mods and now waiting on the pulley for what will be a seperate install.

Just spoke with Randy today. He was in and answered when I called. Again, this guy is great, knows his stuff, and is amazingly patient/dedicated to making sure people do this stuff right...I just wish he had a "helper." Turns out he had a small issue with web orders (no pun intended) not coming thru. He corrected things and got my stuff out today. I ended up going with an HSport bar as Randy's was out of stock. I would have preferred Randy's stuff anyday, but this will do with his recommendation.
I will continue to buy from him given his amazing attitude and dedication.
