Seatbelt Warning Reminder

Hey guys/girls,

ALWAYS wear my belt when driving a car. However, I am living in a big hi-rise, with a huge underground parking lot. I enjoy releasing the belt when I arrive home after a VERY stressful drive (Seoul Korea). Low speed driving and I hate having a belt on when I'm parking. Anyone know how to disable the chime/ warning?

Please no seat belt crazys,- I ride a motorcycle- no seatbelt.....

I wish I had something to tell you, I find it annoying too especially when the alarm goes off because my laptop and purse are in the passenger seat

Well, if you have comfort access, it only beeps liek 10 times when you turn on you car and that it, then just stops.[if the keys in your pocket] but if you have it pushed into the slot, itll beep 90 times. So if you have comfort access, keep it in your pocket and there shouldnt be a problem

thlaxx - you must be lucky because I have CA and my fob resides in my cup holder and still goes off a zillion times. Its gotten to the point that I strap my laptop in. At least it will be safe in a crash

Wow yea, i only know this bc ill start the car, and sit in it a minute before i buckle up and head out, and it stops in under 10 beeps! My car is also unique beacuse my hood scoop was not fully blocked, it is halfway open! Good luck! I know your laptop will now be safe in the seat
