Please join Redwood Empire Mini Enthusiasts participating in the 2007 UBSCC Dixon British Car Show on May 20th. This is one of the 2-3 All-British car shows that REME members participate in each year. Registration costs $20 if registered by May 1st, and costs $30 the day of the event. There is a pre-show swap meet before an during the car show. The show will again be held at the Dixon Mayfair Grounds on North First Street.

• Vendors and participants will be able to set up at 7:00am
• Gates open to the public at 8:00am
• Final registration: 11:00am
• Awards Presentation: 2:30pm

Dixon can be very hot in May. I believe it was 105 degrees at 3:00pm during the 2005 car show, although last year it was pleasant. Dress accordingly.

 

Well REME has over a dozen MINI/Minis participating in the All British Car Show in Dixon this weekend. Should be a beautiful day to visit with freinds and see all the classic British Cars on display.

REME will have a booth set up, with T-shirts, MINI Cones, & more, along with a TV playing REMETV DVDs of all our recent runs.

Please bring a chair and stop by for a visit.

 

Wow... we had a great REME turnout to the Dixon car show.... 11 or 12 cars!
It was a lot of fun with REME members pulling out a first and second! I think there were well over 200 English cars being shown!

Unfortunately no other Northern California MINI clubs were represented there.

Great to meet and become reaquainted with others.
