I like the grill, did you do it yourself? Where can i get a grill mod like that? Did you ever consider modifying the scoop and/ or its color?

Believe you me........I have seen your pics OVER and OVER again, to get ideas etc., on what to do/looks good on HO etc.

I like the work you've put into it, but since my LAST Mini (Wikked), I have decided to go a little bit 'leaner' on the mods, get 'em done in the first month or so, then just enjoy DRIVING.....

Below are the latest pics of TANG with his winter rims on. (I put them on so I can get the Webspokes Powder Coated black)

I had to use the Texas Speedwerks conversion kit (14mm - 12mm) to fit these rims, and it worked GREAT!

Wet Okole Seats Mas Fina!

Latest Mods.....Wet Okole Seat Covers......

These are expensive, but WELL worth it!!

They take a little knuckle busting to put on (Like trying to fit my fat a** into a size 30 pair of jeans.... ) but when you get 'em on...they fit so nicely....

By the way, the color of the Piping is not "orange" but "Copper" - and it matches perfectly with MINI's "Hot Orange."

Oooohhhh.... PURDY seats, B&D. Do you have the heated seats and if so, does it affect them? I CANNOT live without my heated seats...

I'm on the fence on those rims - they seema bit... "agressive" for the "fun" HO, but if you like 'em then that's all that matters. I'm actually really glad you did that to tell the truth - I was wondering what black rims would look like against the HO black top...

B, I really like how the Wet Okoles turned out! I've been thinking about ordering some, too. My MINI is a 2003 MCS, all Jet Black with the black leather interior/anthracite dash. Any suggestions of what color combo would be good for my Wanda? I was thinking charcoal with lighter grey piping.

Modding is a good addiction...

Oh how I want one of those rear view mirror covers! Why don't they make it for my 02! Great list of mods.

^ Thanks, TG !

Yep, the rear view mirror would really look great on your MINI.

I wonder if you couldn't get one and modify it to fit your mirror. Hmmmmmmmmm.

I did the Wet Okole seats, about a month and a half ago. You do not loose the heated seat but it does take a little longer to reach you.

MINIclo - I have the exact same color combo on my car, and when I looked at the seat color options yesterday, I also thought the charcoal (or black) with light grey would look very sharp.

What about in the summer, does it help with the "sweaty back syndrome?"

Either Charcoal or Black with Grey piping would look very cool.

The piping really adds to the "Custom Fitted" or even OEM look that the Wet Okoles have.

IF you have any OTHER color theme in your MINI, like red "S"s etc....maybe even Black with Red Piping.......

Thanks for the thought. I haven't gotten my hands on one of the rear mirror covers - yet. I did read a post by someone with an early build that tried one, but, it didn't fit. I have no idea how hard they worked at fitment. I'm sure at some point I'll give it a go.
