I was at Barnes and Noble yesterday and they have a book pub. in the UK, of Cars in Movies. Under a variety of Mini models, they included the following (mostly UK) films in addition to the ones we all know about:

Nurse on Wheels (1963) Juliet Mills
The Sandwich Man (1966) Michael Bentine
The Fast Lady (1962) Leslie Phillips
Alfie (1966) Michael Caine
Robbery (1967) Stanley Baker
Goodbye Pork (1981) (New Zealand) Clint Eastwood

All feature Minis.

Sadie-
Thanks very much for the list. I will have to search out to find some of these.
We should all try to get a ride in a real vintage Mini to gain an appreciation for these little cars.
If the list gets long we can have a monthly MINI movie night. Our MINI club can buy a bunch to have in a MINI library. Aloha,

I know this is not a movie, but don´t forget to add Mr. Bean.

He drives a Mini in his programs, and the little thing seems very resistant. My car actually got his name after my brother told me I was going to look like Mr. Bean driving the car... the car kept the name

Goodbye Pork is the best name for a movie that I have ever heard! I'm imagining a maudlin, tear-jerker melodrama...

Sorry guys, "Goodbye Pork" was the way the book listed it (I'm sadly deficient in my knowledge of New Zealand's films) and next to the listing was a photo of Clint E. and some blonde leaning on a Mini. I assumed it was from the movie. Obviously not.
