check it out it's really expensive (4g) and comes in pw, ab, and ss!

 

I priced it out compared to my 2006 msc and it is less than $1000 more than my Mini with the exact same options. If you want bonnet stripes on the new 2007 cabrio it cost $100. They were part of the sports package for my Mini.I'm not fond of the Sidewalk package in the other exterior colors(black isn't bad though). Definitly don't like BRG with the Sidewalk package. I think it's a pretty good deal if you are getting the premium and sports features anyway. The wheels and the interior are worth it by themselves. I thought I wouldn't like the brown leather and black interior but looking at it, I think it works.

Those Nightspoke rims are hawt.

 

I dig them as well, but they remind me of the wheels on the new S550, or one of the optional wheels on the Honda Accord.

You should totally get a set..... and let me *borrow* them. they'd look pretty cool on the Angel, though.

 

+1 . . . the wheels look best on the black (although not bad on the PW with aero kit). too bad you can't get jet black (which is what the picture looks more like)

sigh.....I still wish I had know this was coming...I would have loved it and at only 300 more than what I paid

 

From the screenshots, the BRG version looks especially nice.

I can't wait to see it in person! My dealer says that they have 30 pre-ordered cars coming in this month. Maybe one of them is a Sidewalk. (Or an oxygen blue--I also can't wait to see that color.)

 

I wonder if the configurator is messed up. Since the Sports package is part of the sidewalk I would think and the site states. includes all the items. So the bonnet stripes should be included. Anyone do it a the dealer to confirm?

After I posted this I emailed MINI USA to report the problem

Just saw one (BRG MC) in person at lunch. This one had no stripes (but they may have been deleted).

 

I like it! Black is Nice! Too late for me though, maybe in 2010 or so. I like my chili red mcsc!

 

Nope, the stripes move to the option list when you order the Sidewalk.
