Buzzing Door Panel

I can't call it a rattle so much as a buzzing sound coming from the back of the plastic ring that circles the arm rest in the passenger side door of my 2003 MCS.

As I drive along, if it happens to buzz, I can very lightly touch the plastic at the rear by the screw hole and the noise quits. I tried tightning the screw but that didn't help.

Anyone have a suggestion?

I havent solved it...but have the same problem in my 02. Currently i have a t-shirt shoved into the door pocket and its tight enough that it buzzes much less...but thats kinda ghetto
