R50/53 waxing: how often?

How often, and when should i wax my car? My last car was abeat up so i rarely ever got it waxed... so how often should i wax the car.. and can you do preventitve wet waxing like a car wash and some home product if you do it often enough, instead of hand waxing? Are thre any waxes that will damage the clear coat. thanks fo rany help you all can give me.!

If your wax is carnuba and not sythetic you will prolly wanna wax every 4-6 weeks.

I tried that NADs stuff (from down under) on my MCS, ran out of cloth strips half way through and still cant get the sticky stuff out of the trim!
