Suspension Madness Rear Sway bar Installation
Okay... I've been reading a lot of posts on the madness rear sway bar and I have to say that the how to's are absolutely great.. but as mechanically challenged as I am, I was wondering how much should a shop charge me to have this installed..... I know that a lot of people have done it by themselves but it does look pretty initmidating to say the least.....
or maybe if you're in the So. Cal. area and want to do a rear sway bar install party, we can definitely fix that up and give each other a hand... you know the saying, misery loves company.......
thanks.

asaulo,
I had Western Tire in Burbank install both my H-Sport springs and M-Madness rear sway bar. I think they charged 4 hrs for the springs and 1 hr for the sway bar. You might be able to get it for less but I've known these guys for years and trust their work.

Directions for one side of two (same for other side):
Take the wheel off. Remove 3 bolts and a nut and then take out strut/spring assembly, remove two more bolts holding the sway bar, then three bolts under the car and the sway bar comes out. Install and reverse directions. That's the skinny version.
Point is, any decent shop should only take an hour (2 at the most!) to install this...especially if you print out the directions so they have a fall back and can't say "we've never done it so it may take longer than normal".
