A 2003 Cooper S has just started an Autoweek Long Term Test. They had a couple of glitches already, but they're minor. I'm sure the S will still shine after 12 months!

It´s good that Autoweek is testing the car on the long term because it really brings out how good (or bad) a car is for daily living. Hope they take into consideration all factors of the car, not only how fast it is on a test track.

There are thousands of people like myself who are doing long term tests on the '03 MCS. What are the guys at Autoweek going to tell us? They will tell us how well the '03 MCS did in their test. By then it'll be '04 and nobody will care how the '03 did so they will get an '04 to play with and as long as they say nice things BMW will keep feeding their habbit. If you want the results of a long term test from real people read every thread in this web site.
