I'm in for July also with a production number. Since I'm having it delivered from the east coast, it could slip into August. No matter, it beats the waiting 7-9 months as quoted by the Scottsdale dealer......

congrats on the production numbers! MCO makes the wait a bit more bearable.

Check out the handy links in my sig for tracking information and whatnot to help pass the time. Also, be sure to check out the other 'CWF' Clubs for yet more links and help.

How did you get a production date so fast? Or have you had your production number for a while?

How long does it generally take between getting a production # and getting a production date?

Hi everyone,
I think I belong here too.
My production date is on 5/16 and my advisor said the end of June for delivery, but I'm in CA so it may take longer to get here. It's finally OUR TURN!!

I ordered my MINI on April 15th (right after I mailed in my taxes, hehe!). My MA gave me a production number when I ordered. She looked in a book, and gave me an estimated production date would be May 20th. 2-3 days later, when my info. was updated in the Owner's Lounge, my production date was listed as May 16th.

And that's where its been ever since! Not that I've been obsessively checking or anything

Anyone know about Colorado? Do they truck it from the East Coast or the West? Thanks!

After reading these forums for the past 6 months I can finally say I belong. I recently cancelled my order that was placed on Dec 5. I'd be waiting untill probably Aug/Sept to get a prod number from them. I reorderd from Keeler MINI in Latham, NY on April 18. Got a prod number over the phone, and I'm scheduled for May 23. Its a couple 3 or 4 hours away, but it beats waitin a couple 3 or 4 months longer.

Sounds like there are at least 3 of us waiting for our cars to come into Long Beach Mini. A change from the April club, with my last order, I was the only one. (The car came in a month early and I couldn't take delivery of it yet and they wouldn't hold it for me :???: )

Specs; MCS EB/W, pkg 1, 2, 3, H/K, Wipers.

Estimated production date of 6/6. My MA says I should get it in July. I'm on the east coast, so I hope he's right...

scooterboy,

I've got a 6/6 estimate as well. Perhaps we'll be riding over on the same boat.

So....I checked the Owner's Lounge this morning, and my MINI has been offically 'Scheduled For Production!'. Woo-hoo! According to the folks at 1-866-ASK-MINI it is currently a Status 150, and production should be finished by May 16th, my original production date.

FWIW, it's been ~ 3 weeks since I placed my order!

>>How long has everyone been waiting? I placed my order in early January.

I placed my order in mid-march but my dealer (Peabody MA) is one of the busiest in the country (they claim to be THE #1 dealership in sales?), so I didn't make it into the batch ordered at the end of March.

So he called me at the end of April to tell me he'd just ordered mine.

I put my order in on March 1st. I stopped by the dealership on Saturday and they said I was looking at "allocation" by the end of the month. Does "allocation" entail being given a production number?

With allocation in late May/early June, I guess I should be expecting August. Can't wait now. Would love to have had it time to run to the PGH Vintage Grand Prix.

Here we grow again! Another CWF Club has emerged. What's the page view target?

The now famous November Club Challenge puts you guys at around (wait for it) 40,000 page views. Should be easy. April has blown every Challenge out of the water.

Good luck - enjoy the l o n g wait. It won't take forever, but it will seem like it, that's for sure. Find solace with your fellow July Clubbers.

And when it's all over, and you're happily MOTORING along, join us at The Greatest MINI Meet Yet Devised this September. You won't be newbies by then - and you'll be anxious to strut your stuff!

My production date is 6/6 also. I'm hoping that it gets bumped up a week like it did last time.

I've been on the LB MINI list since June '02

Very psyched myself, production date is 6/6. Dealer said I may be able to expect delivery by end of June (though I doubt it, don't wanna keep my hopes up)

But, if its possible, please don't hesitate to tell me!! (East coast)
