I thought I would start a thread for people to volunteer to help with events for MOTD. If you are interested, reply here & the event coordinators can private message you if you are needed.

Greg - Thanks for posting this. We're still in the stages of planning and as things shake out I'll have a better idea of what assistance will be needed. I'm trying to streamline things this year so that more people can enjoy the event and not have to worry about running it. I'm making good progress and hope to have more information in the coming weeks. In the meantime I'll sticky this and follow up when I have more specific information.

You can count me in for a couple of hours worth of volunteer work. If you have something that my hubby and I can do together I might be able to talk him into it too

We will be arriving sometime Thurs. and leaving on Sunday.

Likely in on Wednesday, out on Sunday.

I do not plan to drive the Dragon during peak times, and I will likely get drafted by my SSM peeps to assist with the welcom dinner. Other than that, let me know Mark.

I do intend to be hungover in the mornings ;p. Well I more intend to DESERVE TO BE hung over in the mornings...

 

Stephany and I would be willing to help out. We are in on for opening night and out on Sunday. She's a Logistic Engineering Manager for a major food corporation, I'm just a computer geek,

 

I'll get there Wednesday evening, so if anyone would like my help setting up please ask. I'll be available most of the weekend to help with things, just let me know

 

The husband and I are in on Monday and out the next Monday. I don't drink but I'd be willing to help out at the BrewSwap, or where ever I'm needed for a couple of hours.

 

I will be happy to help out, just need to know what. I 'll be in the are from Monday thru Sunday.

I'm available for helping out some way.
I'm coming in probably early afternoon Thursday out Monday.
I don't drink but might be willing to volunteer my driving services (designated drivers) for beer swapping folks - only problem is the MINI's passenger room's a bit tight.
I just hate to think of anyone driving post drinking.

I should be available to help Thursday afternoon for several hours. Just let me know where and what you need. I have very good organizational skills, just don't ask me to clean anything (I'll be on vacation from that).
