Well it's official now. We finished the 2006 USTCC season with the A'PEX Integration Rookie of the Year award. The award and trophy was presented at the USTCC awards dinner the weekend of January 6th.

The Bergman/MINIdeck Motorsports MINI finished the season in 5th place overall and top rookie by over 100 points. For the Manufacturers Championship, MINI finished 5th.

This past season was fun but hard season travelling up and down the west coast. Our season started with snow at Laguna Seca, the new Miller track in Utah, 109 degree weather in Portland, and USTCC first 1 hour race with pit stop. We were greeted by many MINI enthusiasts at all the tracks we stopped at.

Special thanks to the PDX MINI Club for helping out at Portland during the hottest weekend of the year. Thanks Mickey for helping at Infineon at our two races there. Brian "The Black Brian", thanks for helping with the install of a new SC belt at the Las Vegas Race, and your enthusiasm at Miller.

We're looking forward to next year.

 

Congrats on a great job. Continued success in the New Year. We have to get all you MINI racers together somehow, somewhere, this summer.
