Does the GP have a tow hook?

I haven't looked too hard but is there a kit like this in the GP?

What's the little grenade pin-looking thing next to the tow hook for?

Intended to be used during times of mild stress, it's the 'official' removal tool for the front/rear tow eye bolt round access cover...
The hook fits into the slot at the lower edge of the bumper cover and is used to pull it out to and allow the eye bolt to be screwed in...
