Please can anyone tell me the following:

1.Crank Pully ? 2%.4% ??
2.Pully 16%, 17% or 19% ??
3.Do i need to upgrade the software (ECU software)??
4.JCW injectors ?? is it installed ??

I start to install The Headers 1st .. so wuts the second thing i have to do ?
