Do you have Xmas/Holiday bling on your MINI? I haven't found anything yet. The red bow doesn't work for me. The small wreath? Ummmm...
Thought about a Santa cap for the antenna. ???
Anyway, hope there isn't a thread already for this but, show us your Holiday/Xmas bling!

Awwww...now THAT is a perfect MINI wreath!
cold aspiration - Perhaps some of those battery powered strings for small artificial trees, etc.? I think it's a Walgreen's kind of thing.

Target has LED battery-powered lights in their "Dollar Zone" area (they are $2.50 and include 3 "AA" batteries). I think there are 20 lights or so on the strand and they are surprisingly bright. Now to figure out how to hang them in the MINI....

Thanks! I've actually had the wreath since I got my first car way back when. It has graced the front of every car since then.
I bought some battery-powered LED lights at Target today for $2.50 a string in their little cheap stuff section by the front door of every store. They say they're for "mini trees", and they had them in clear/white lights and multi-colored lights...I got the clear ones. Then they also had, right next to them (also for "mini trees") strings of garland, small ornaments, and other stuff.
I bought 6 strings of lights and 6 strings of green metallic pom pom garland and went to work this afternoon. It took two strings of lights to do the back window and a string and a half on each side rear window. I rigged the boxes up with blue painter's tape to the sides of the inside of the boot so they don't rattle around (I just folded the back seat down slightly and threaded the side window ones through the gap into the boot, and ran the ones on the back window down around the circular area where the wiper motor is and taped the boxes for those underneath it - if you have your hatch shelf in you can't see any of it; only when you open the boot is any of the wiring/taping visible).
Then I used the pom pom garland (2 strings for the back window and 1.5 for each side window) and lined it up so the pom poms fell between all the lights.
I used the cheapy thin super-clear tape to hold everything down - it sort of twanged my OCDness at first but with the lights on and the garland in you can hardly see it.
If I do say so myself, it's damn adorable. I'll put up some pictures later but the digital camera is at work with my husband so it'll have to wait til he gets home.
It was fun though...it took me about 10 minutes to figure out how it would work best and then a half hour to do all the work.
I used 6 strings of lights, 5 of garland, 2 rolls of tape, and some painter's tape.

I just did it yesterday and you'd be amazed at how many people have literally rolled up next to me at stop lights, gestured frantically for me to roll down my window, and holler at me asking where I got the lights and telling me they love it. It's really fun!
