Looking for ideas in White
Looking for ideas in White
I've been searching around for some NICE 17x7 white rims. Preferably with LOTS of narrow spokes. I'm after a clean Red/White look for my CR/W MCS.
I'd prefer to go lighter than my current OEM s heavys. I know that there are some custom rims out there, but I've already paid off one mortgage and don't want to take out another just now.
Any ideas?
Paul

OZ Superturismo WRC are the "spoke-iest" I know of:

I have a CR/W JCW MCS, and these are the ones I have - 12 spokes. They weigh 15 lbs. The OZ's look great, but at over 21 lbs, add 36 lbs. of unsprung weight. One more thing to keep in mind: brake dust is always a problem, and it takes exponentially more time to clean multi-spoke wheels. Mine require a good bit of hand work, and I'm sure 16 spokes require quite a bit more.
