JCW Spring Rates

Does anyone know the front/rear spring rates of the JCW springs as used on the Mini GP?

Maybe someone can provide the spring rates of the various JCW springs? From the NAM posts it looks like there may be about three JCW spring rates depending on the vehicle options. In my NAM searching (even in the Aftermarket Spring Info Sticky) I could not find info on the JCW spring rates.

The reason I ask is because I am thinking of swapping my JCW GP springs for H&R springs to get the car a little lower. At this point I plan to keep using the JCW strut/shocks because I believe they have a shorter piston rod and might last longer than stock MCS struts/shocks with shorter springs. When the JCW struts wear-out I plan to go with Koni Yellows.
