Sorry ---- maybe a silly question
So I'm hunting around for some black 15 inch steelies for snow tires.....say a 15x6......would they need hub rings??????

not if you can find steelies with 56.1 mm center bore opening.

If you can't find black you can do an easy powdercoat job on them and call it a day.

on black steelies? just get some wheel paint and paint them yourself!
