I'm going to the dealer for the second time tomorrow, even though I've had my car for more than three years now. This is the second service, the "25,000 mile" one, even though I have 32K now.
Can anyone give me an idea of what to expect? What will it cost me?
It won't cost you anything. It's part of the scheduled maintenance that they cover for the first 36k. I've got the same thing scheduled for next week and I'm also around 32k (closer to 33k). The only difference is that I've only had mine for about a year and a half.
I don't think that's an expensive service. Around $110 maybe? It's hard to say because most of us (I'm guessing anyway) have had it within the 3 year period.

That would be an Inspection 1 and depending on what model your car is (Cooper or S, Auto or Manual) will be mostly visual checks with the exception of these items:
Oil Change
CVT fluid change (if Auto - of course)
Top off PS fluid - if needed
Top off Coolant - if needed
Top off W/S fluid - if needed
Change blades - if needed
Replace microfilter
The visual checks will be of the engine bay, underside of the car - brakes & suspension items included, all the lights - interior and exterior and they will road test it too, just to make sure everything is alright.
Since you're so close to the 36 months and didn't hit the 36k, I'd ask them for a freebie on this one - bet they'll do it to make sure you keep coming back. If not expect about $200 to $300 - oil change $80, filter $30, Blades $10 each plus the labor time to do the work and the inspection.
