When I Sheft My Gear To The Reverse...

Mini Cooper JCW Model 03
When I Sheft My Gear To The Reverse there is sound from front wheels
even if i drive slowly i hear Clicking Noise

Hope Its not a Major Problem ..


Dose Anyone face this problem ??

clicking is normally a sympton of a bad CV joint.

Its not normal .. becouse my frd has mini cooper, i cant heat this noise from it :S

Maybe you misread my post ... I wasn't saying that "clicking is normal", I was saying that clicking is normally (ie typically or often or commonly) a symptom of a *bad* CV joint.

Edit, so in other words, "check your CV joints".

Is the clicking you hear speed related? ie: faster click rate the faster the car is moving

Clicking could also be a problem with a wheel. Not torqued properly, or a crack in a wheel.

CV joint noise is usually heard when the steering wheel is turned to near full lock.

When i hit a bump i hear a squeak from the front of the car Only

Even if i drive fast :S

Is it a Major problem :S because im dealing only with the dealer, and they are charging us too MUCH
