I had to slow down. I was pushing it with my baby, and had to lower the payment. Got a truck. A toyota tacoma Terd. I got the parts listed in the market place " goodies for sale". Spike

 

I would have just gotten a bare bones used replacement for probably less than the truck cost. Trucks can be rented from Home Depot whent they are needed.

Oh well, hope thing turn out OK.

 

I'm really not a 'truck' guy at all, but if you put a gun to my head and made me pick one, the Tacoma would be on the short list! Reasonable price, built well, and not silly big.

I have seen many a person get rid of their baby and after a short amount of time, missing it, there palms get sweaty, craigslist keeps coming up, when they are working on their computer, then they press the add for another Mini and the next thing you know.... you have another! You try to buy one, like the one you had (2006 is one of the best years), but they don't have one, so you settle for the next best buy....
And Walla, your sweats go away, you get over your regrets and then put even more money, into your new to you Mini.
I am sorry to tell you, there is no pill that will put you at ease, just another Mini

Glad you came back. You cannot fully let go once you drive one.

 

Nothing wrong with the Tacoma - but depending on configuration (and use/purpose), for the price, the Tundra might be a better option. Ask me how I know.
