Ohhh Yeaaaa! Rejuvinating

Oh yeah.....my Mini is keeping me young and fit. Fit from washing it 4 times a week and waxing it 2 times a week. Young because it is so much fun to drive, kinda rejuvinating my pressence on this earth. Does your Mini keep you young and fit, too?
PS....I'm gonna be 60 ( )

A perfect way to turn 60! I chuckle everytime I see a gray-haired guy driving a Corvette and think if he bought it because finally, He can. MINI's are so fabulous partly because they are loads of fun to drive, but let's not forget the wide demographic appeal. I get a kick out of seeing, waving and flashing headlights with fellow Mini owners who range from high schoolers to "old geezers" like us. Well, I'm not quite in my fifties, but do consider myself a member of the old goats club.

I think you need to first, move to Kansas City, second, wash and wax your car half as often, and third, spend that extra time washing and waxing mine!

I agree. 52 YO and the MINI has gotten me back into cars in general. I used to be into cars...BMW X 2, Alfa, etc and the MINI was an easy, even cheap way to have some fun. I drive a company car, but the wife drives the MINI as an everyday car and we both have a riot with it.
As far as "physical" rejuvination, yes the MINI gets good care but only wash about once a week. Just put another coat on this weekend (Zaino) getting ready for the winter.

So, not too much physical exercise, but it helps my face muscles because I am smiling so much driving it

Wow, I am 33 and am lucky if I have the energy to wash the car every two months.

I've been having an "argument" with my wife: P T Cruiser drivers are older than MINI drivers. Hope I don't let it slip that I saw this thread!

The enthusiasm for our MINIs keeps us young... not the washing/waxing.

MINI's help reduce wrinkles because they make you smile so much! Keeps those facial muscles from sagging and when your face is bright with a smile you just look younger! Who needs Botox when you own a MINI

I'm going to be 50 soon and while I'm not as energetic as you appear to be...it's folks like you who I admire and aspire to be like.

Dang, you're going to wash the paint off it.

I'm 21 and I'm lucky if I can get around to it twice a month. It's a lot harder being a student and trying to wash the MINI in my apartment complex's parking lot without any water though.

The healing power of MINI

My husband is the PT Cruiser driver in the family, and he's 11 months older. Just a data point to help you with your 'discussion'

I've got fibromyalgia plus arthritis in my knees and hips (bad run-in with a Lyme-infected tick some years ago). I can be sitting at my desk at work feeling a thousand years old, but put me behind the wheel of my '06 cabrio and I forget all about it. People have been telling me lately I look younger (I'm 38), my hair looks great, what did you do, have you lost weight? I tell 'em it's the MINI .
