Red..makes it faster.
LSD...just seems to go with, "fast".
MFSW....for me at least, the option of never being able to use cruise control is unsat, fast or not.

That's about it.

You can probably do without the 50lb sun roof.

Get an MCS/JCW with Xenon Lights (gotta see if you're going fast) and MFSW. If you want to pay a mint, find a GP.

the JSW kit in a waste of money for 6k i can mod it out all myself and get around 230hp out of it for less than the cost of the JSW kit.

If you don't want the JCW kit, make sure to order the LSD.

Also I recommend the Xenons since you do not want to "overdrive" your sight with the halogens. ESPECIALLY SINCE YOU WANT TO GO FAST...SAFETY FIRST

If all you want is fast these are the options I would get:

LSD

Done.

After your baby is delivered talk to Peter at M7 about an M62. You should be pretty fast after that.

In my opinion the fastest looking color combo is Pure Silver/ Black. Maybe MSFTOY (sp?) has influenced my opinion a bit though.

Edit: You better hurry, I know I got one of the last 06 spots at my dealer, and that was 4 weeks ago!

Electric Blue is most definately the fastest color! Oh yea they dont make that any more.

LSD and no sunroof. If you are truely going to go fast and have no care for the warranty then sky is the limit.

LSD, Xenons & MFSW. You could drop the Xenons & put some driving lights on.

My car is a MCS LITE. LSD, Xenons, fogs & CWP. I'm very happy it's not loaded down. Best of all it was affordable.

Find a stripped down version if at all possible. No premium, sport or cold weather. Go aftermarket as per desire: suspension, brakes, wheels and tires, drivetrain (quaif LSD and lightened flywheel), etc.

Remember to shake and not stir.

Mine's a Plain Jane. No factory options at all. It's quick. Well, I did add a Remus. Sounds sweet.

And I think my flag top is good for at least 1.3 more hp.

Yup, I'd have to agree. LSD, Xenons, MFSW. As for colors...I'm a little partial to Space Blue .

the sun roof puts on an extra 55 pounds, so if you really are gonna make a every ounce of speed kind of MINI then dont get it

The cheapest "fast" mod you can do is not include a 120-lbs. passenger! And if that happens to be your g-friend, think of the additional savings of not paying for her movies, dinners, etc. Overall, this potentially huge cash windfall could pay for your second engine should you smoke the first self-modded 230 hp powerplant.

Get a base one whithout extras if you want to mod it yourself. Otherwise, get a GP when you can. Sadly I must import it from United States, you are so lucky, guys... .

Edit: check this auction. It's on 21K and finishes in 16 hours.
Edit2: 10.5 hours more and the same bid.

LSD, MFSW, no Xenons, cloth interior (saves weight), and gauge pack (puts the speedo where God intended it to be - where you can see it!).

Save your $500 Xenon money and get upgraded bulbs and relays for the highs (and lows while you're at it), and then an aftermarket multi-light rally rack. The xenons are low beams only and won't help your Jones for high speed. I have Xenons, they're "nice", but don't help range at all, and the stock highs are too much a"spot" and don't have beam breadth. The upgraded bulbs and rally lights will give you the breadth and range you need for more serious motoring. Stock fogs are worthless except for show - again, the rally rack o' lighting will help here.

If you're wanting FAST...might I suggest a custom order of stealth mode for all of those equally fast troopers?!
