TOO SWEET! Maybe try posting on the classic mini forum! That may be a NAM member's ride! Although I think there's a lot more MINI owners on this site than Mini owners...
I will post on the classic forum, or Sunshine Minis. I see a lot of classics around here, but never this one. It was the perfect orange! Black bonnet stripes too (insert drool sounds here!)
That looks like the same one that was on a car carrier up here in Jax. I work at the shipping port and there was a semi car hauler, with about 4-5 classic mini's on it. Maybe they were shipping it down south???
or maybe there are 2 orangish/red Mini's in florida?
Edit: I saw the car 2-3 days ago. there was a lime green one, and a purple one also. i cant remember the others.
How someone can drive such a unique car, and get the thumbs up from someone else driving a unique car, and not acknowledge that other driver is beyond me. Either totally oblivious or the nose is stuck up waaaaaay too high for me.

I'm with you Dave. Earlier this summer I passed a guy driving an Austin Healey...even people in Chevy Cavaliers were waving, and he returned every wave. Obligatory for owning a rare car.
ive yet to see a classic Mini in IL, i wonder how hard it is to import a classic from abroad?
If you are interested, I can hook you up with a classic Mini importer/restorer here in Miami. He is a well known and respected member of the Mini community and this guy has the most beautiful Minis on the east coast. he can help you get the classic Mini of your dreams.
