What's the best tool to cut the fenders?

I just lowered my MCS with H-Sport springs (1" drop). My wheels will be coming in Wednesday 225/40/18 with 43et. Will I rub and if so what is the best tool to trim the plastic fenders.
Thank you,
Mario

Get your wheels and tires on the car and drive around a bit to check for clearance issues. If you need to remove any material from the fender liner, use a Dremel tool (or something like it).
