OEM Adapter Freezes Nano

I recently installed the OEM adapter in my 2006 MCS and it works great except that when I disconnect it, the iPod stays locked up until I connect it to iTunes. The screen says "MINI - OK to disconnect."

This really blows since I can't use it in the car, then disconnect it and listen with the headphones.

Anyone experience this problem?

Try updating the Nano's firmware to the latest version.

I'm running the latest version of firmware. Is no one here experiencing this problem?

I also have a nano connected to my MCS and it stops responding every once in a while (usually once a day). My firmware is up to date. I have to disconnect and then reconnect the nano. I have noticed that you cannot have the nano "lock" on when you connect. if the nano is unlocked, it seems to be better at responding.
