Will we lose the Cool or Hyper Blue in 07? Will we get the Oxygen Blue? Hate to lose the first two as I do like them quite a bit...but am not yet ready to order a Mini!

Any news on this or specifics about 07 Cabrio Colors?

 

I wouldnt be surprised if Purple and Orange go. They are the lowest selling colors.

The Good:

I've got the only Orange Cabrio in my area.

The Bad:

I've got the only Orange Cabrio in my area. So if I do something stipid, everyone knows it's me.

 

as far as I know they are keeping the cool blue for 07

 

there are a couple hot orange coopers i see tooling around over here on the west side of Cleveland

 

I love the orange. I wish the hardtop was available in it I would have ordered orange with a white top!

 

They had the lowest production numbers even though it was the Pinnical Color for when the convertible first came out and one of the most photographed by MINI for press releases and adv.

So sad to see it leave..maybe in a couple of years it will come back....they always do ....lazur Blue...cough cough

I've only seen about 4 in the NEO area and that was at the Classic MINI Meet in 05.

So they Exported them all to the West Side, Huh? That suprises me, because no-one from the West Side can find the East Side of Cleveland, let alone Mentor.

 

But everyone knows "Chili Red" is the fastest color...

 

Chili Red is my choice...but wouldn't you know, someone else in this small town of 20,000 people already has one. So, maybe NightFire Red? Read in another link that this color may not be available until the end of 07? If true, just what is Mini thinking?

When I went to place my order it was between Cool Blue and Hot Orange. I am very pleased I went orange. The orange with black stripes is one of my favorite color combinations.

Locally there are 3 cabrios in orange. Plain Orange, Orange w/white and mine Orange w/black.

Not many, but we know each other.
