Wave! I'm leaving from the Los Angeles area at 3am tomorrow headed up the 101 into Petaluma where I will be until Sunday the 18th. I am headed to Nevada City on the 19th then to Seattle on the 20th. I'll be in the Snohomish area until the 24th, participating in the Snohomish car show that day, then heading to Kenewick for the 25th and 26th. From that point I am heading to Portland then to the coast. Staying in Ashland on the 28th and back to San Francisco on the 30th.

 

Since we live off of I-5, I'll wave in your general direction!

Well guys, it's 3am and I'm out the door. This is an exciting way to spend my 40th b-day, which is next Sunday! If anybody is near snohomish, be sure to check out the HUGE Snohomish car show on the 24th. I'll be there.

 

I can't believe it - I drove all the way from Orange County to San Francisco and didn't see one other MINI!

 

totally OT, buuuut... where did you get those wheels!? I love them!

 

That's crazy! I can't go a few blocks without seeing multiple Minis, how in the workd did you avoid all of them in and around SF - you must be in a twilight zone!

 

It did feel like the Twilight Zone! I drove through the center of the city at 1:00pm and the ONE MINI I saw was parked. Last time I was here I saw dozens everywhere I went.

 

They are Konig Rewinds and I just got them. They're my favorite rims so far and I've owned six or seven sets since I bought the car!

 

I saw my MINIs twin on Highway 9 near Snohomish Washington this morning - the first other MINI I've seen in a while. Enthusiastic wave from the MINIs care-taker!

 

i can twait till i can go on a road trip!
