have question about dealer stripes!

i have a question, i am sure someone has an answer.my mini has 4200 mi. on it and has black stripes on the bonnet, the stripes are starting to show water marks no matter how much i buff and clean they will not come off. i am pretty sure they are painted and not graphic's,when i bought the car they were adding on to the dealership and dust and dirt were everywhere.does anybody think i have the right to go back and b--ch, and ask for new stripes? i am not name dropping or anything yet, but i know what everybody says about this dealer.thanks for the replies https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...milies/mad.gif

Do you have photos of the damage?

How is dust related to water marks?

If you can determine the dealer is truly in error then you may be able ot ask them to rectify the mistake. I don't think making a huge deal about it would accomplish much, esp. if you have already written off the dealer as being uncooperative.

For a quicker response you may have more luck putting this in something like Detailing 101 or MINI talk, as those have more relavance to the issue at hand, this forum is primarly focused on greetings not cosmetic issues. Also in 9 months here I've found the MINI communtity is a wonderful group that responds well to punctuation and courtesy.
