September Fastrack

There is a technical bulletin the new Fastrack that says the Mini jacking pucks need to be removed for Solo competition.

I actually had one come off at an autocross this year so I guess the ruling makes sense.

Is there an easy way to remove / replace these in the field?

Woohoo, more weight reduction! Is the comment in Fastrack an official ruling or just a suggestion put out for member comment? I've hit plenty of cones, but still have all of my jack pucks so far.

Nevermind. I just waded through the 3-page thread on SCCAForums and downloaded the Fastrack (took a while on my slow dial-up connection). Basically it says they should be removed, not that they need to be or have to be or shall be removed. In other words, it is recommended that you remove them, but they can be left on if the driver so desires. It isn't protestable if they are on or off the car, either way is acceptable. Mine are definitely staying on until they start falling off on course.
