That is what dealers do. A friend had the same problem. Pulled the car from the dealer, flushed the system back to OEM, took it to a different dealer and had it fixed under warranty. Sometimes the battle is not worth fighting. Just get it fixed.

Haven't had any issues yet, but if the dealer tries to tell you that Ate makes an inferior products (to BMW) tell them to take a look at the back of an OEM brake pad or brake caliper (both made by ate)
I've been using it for 2 years and 50k+ miles. Have had NO issues with either brakes or clutch.

The Minis slave cylinder is problematic anyway, so any dealer blaming the fluid is just being a big PIA.
When mine went I took it to my dealer and told then to please use the can of blue that was in the car, as that's all I use. No problem.
That's why I drive two hours to that dealer rather then one hour to another.

Yep, go to another dealer. Yours doesn't know what he's talking about. The brakes are made by ATE. When I installed my new brake pads it looked like the fluid was ATE 200, which is exactly the same as the SuperBlue only it's an amber color.
Who is your dealer?

Your dealer is being a pain as stated. My dealer uses Blue in the shop. They've flushed the system for me twice a year and they didn't throw out their power bleeder when they were done. Find another dealer.

If you research the BMW forums you will find that BMW owners often spout out that Super Blue is recommended for BMW's, however, I was unable to find any proof of that.
The MINI Owners Manuals says to use a factory approved brake fluid, and after more research Super Blue isn't on that list--of course.
Spec wise, it should be the same or better than the OEM brake fluid, but dealers will use ANY excuse to get out of fixing your MINI.

On other cars, ATE Super Blue has have a tendency to mess with the clutch slave (I haven't noticed)--causing it to squeak
The real warranty related thing is, Super Blue, due to the dye isn't technically "Street Legal", ie meeting DOT specifications. Type 200 (which is Super Blue minus the dye) is.
