R50/53 New Owner
New Owner
hello everyone,
Im am Queto from Harford County Maryland just outside Baltimore and I picked up my new 06 Cooper this past Thursday. I am soo happy, I have been salivating over this car since I saw the Italian Job and became a defunct Mercedes loyalist when I parked my C240 for good and bought my BMW X3 last year.
It would be cool to meet up with some folks from the surrounding area that could share some of their insight and knowledge. Until then, take care.

on order
Hello everyone; I live on the Mason Dixon line (MD side); last Wed. I ordered my base MC from MINI Of Towson, but as of now, no production date has been scheduled. In other words, my motto will be "hurry up and wait." Don't see too many MINI'S in my daily travels to and from Baltimore. NAM has been a great source for me; nice to finally say hello.
Cheers

Welcome to everyone
I live in Northern Alabama and ordered my Mini from Mini of Nashville on 06/12. I picked up my car from the dealer this last Monday (07-24) so the wait wasn't too bad. Just know that the wait is worth it and that the car is all I hoped it would be. I've got 500 miles on my Mini now and we are really synching up good with eachother. It's a match made in heaven.
Cheers to y'all and good luck with your wait. BTW, I used to live up in the DC area (Frederick MD and I worked in Gaithersburg). Plenty of nice roads to challenge your driving skills up there and it will be in perfect timing (early fall) so maybe you can go get some apple cider in your new Mini!
