Moving to Oahu in August, and I was wondering how strict the regulations are there? I currently have a 16%, alta cai, Unichip, obx header/cat, and a WMS exhaust. Do you have yearly emissions/inspections etc?

Any info would be much appreciated

Annual safety inspections are cursory. They check to see if your lights, signals, horn and windshield wipers work. They also check to see if your tint is in compliance. that's it. No emissions testing.

 

They are also picky about cars that are "really" lowered. And BIG tires. If you're close to stock you should be OK.
