now THAT is a selfless post Ed - trying to make the Mini owners complacent?

LOL, Charlie, LOL! I wish (try!)! For you, I wish always focus and smooth steering. For me, an extra 30 hp!

I wonder what could have been the outcome if Matt Murray had ran the 318 in HS? That would have been a battle to be seen!

I was surprised that we had a total of only 4 HS cars for the Tour here, and 11 (2 did not show) for GS, amounting to 7 attending Mini drivers... My guess is a few others were saving time and energy for MOT the following week (being this weekend)....

Now, trying keeping George "slow" in his MCs in GS is my next task!

Don't forget there's 2 more in STX. There is a green JCW MCS and min is the blue MCS. Too bad I didn't get a good clean run in the morning, or else i could place higher and beat the JCW MCS. Good experience for my first National Tour event.....if only the mosquitos didn't show up.

Never got the chance to chat up as many people as I wanted to...Good thing the national office didn't charge extra for the bugs, otherwise they's have made a mint selling by the pound. Some very carniverous ones hovering late that Friday afternoon too....
