The exterior pilar cover on the driver's side keeps popping out. How can I fix this or check to see if something is broken.

I thought they were glued on with 3M tape. Mine is cracked and needs to be replaced. I'm curious too! I think they run about 50 bucks.

 

OK, I'll bite. What's a _pilar_?

 

You have sections of the car which are called pillars (A,B,C). The A pillar on the outside is the black plastic piece the runs vertical up your winshield. Or inside where the airbag/mount a boost gauge is. The B pillar is the structure where the seat belt is mounted to (near the door). I believe the C pillar is the corners of the rear hatch.

No, I honestly didn't think of _pillar_ when I saw _pilar_. Not saying that I'm not an inherent smart-***, 'cuz I am, but this time I'm really innocent.
