Parrot Bluetooth Ck 3100 / Any Experience In The Mini?

Has anyone had the Parrot 3100 Bluetooth wireless kit put in their MINI? I am curious if any adaptors had to be utilized during the installation, or if it was fairly simple? I am thinking of purchasing one and having it installed in my MINI. It seems to offer more features than the OEM factory hands free kit from MINI for half the price. ANY INFO would be helpful!

check out www.newministuff.co.uk Mikey sells kits to use the kit with the MINI. he'll even sell just the kit so you can save a bit by getting the kit here in the US rather than paying VAT and shipping for that too.

I have Mikey's fully integrated MFSW Evo kit installed in my MINI (NAV & h/k) and love it! My bf has the 3100 kit (OEM, not integrated) in his Chevy S-10 Pickup and loves the display and other features. If Mikey has an MFSW integration kit for the 3100 and you want the display, then go for it without reservation.

Parrot system, navigation system questions

Ok guys,
I am familiar with Mikey and his site.
I actually came across all the forum discussion last night at midnight when I continued to google this info.
I am confused however as to WHAT I am supposed to buy.
I can get the 3100 parrot off EBAY, no sweat, or do I not need this?
I plan to buy the Sonny Erricson T610/616/630 etc phone, haven't decided yet.
I have an '05 Mini with the buttons on the wheel. I don't have the navigation OEM kit, which I WISH I had, I think the radio DISPLAY of my call is going to be too small.
Do I need the Parrot 3100? If its hooked up, will I be using the diplay on the radio for caller ID, or will I be using the Parrot LED display, or will both be working at the same time?
THIRD BIG QUESTION! CAN I GET THE NAVIGATION KIT IN MY CAR AFTER THE FACT? The screen is so much bigger, and I like it better. My speedo would have to be moved, blah, blah, how much does it cost blah, blah?

I Need The Compatability Phone List For The Parrot

Hi Guys-
forget the previous post. I have read too much stuff on how the oem navi system is overpriced.
I am looking for the phone list from Mike, I can't find it now, for the parrot 3100ck system, and the integration of the buttons on my steering wheel. Anybody know of the most current list, I have yet to go out and buy my phone, until I hear back. Unfortunatelly, I have Sprint/Nextel, which seems to be very limited in their bluetooth phones.

I am working with partners on the 3200
For info on phones that will work with parrot kits try www.parrot.biz

The following articles I wrote for MotoringFile.com might help you out (I used to have the Parrot 3100 in my MINI - driven via MikeyTheMini's interface kit of course - but I've since updated it to the Parrot 3200 LS-Color version instead):

Integrated Aftermarket Bluetooth

Integrated Aftermarket Bluetooth: Part 2
