Rescheduled for June 17th
With all the hoopla of it being Memorial Day weekend, and "Race Week" :impatient and the possibilities of too much traffic on the road , it has been decided to reschedule this event for Saturday the 17th of June, at 11:00 am.

FREE FOOD!!

That's right.. FREE FOOD!!

M2C2 is co-hosting a BBQ lunch at Century MINI in Greenville, SC, followed by a mountain drive. This is an event for m2c2 members and customers of Century MINI.

The festivities start at 11:00 on Saturday May 27th. Paul and the crew from Century MINI are catering the BBQ, the Red Bull MINI will be there, and even music!!

The motorcade begins at 1:00, and portions will be a route never before experienced by the club!

There will be some brief interstate cruising, the joy of twisty back roads of Pickens County, a stop at Keowee-Toxaway State park, followed by great mountain twisties going up and down the Piedmont Escarpment!
Please respond here or by contacting me at treasurer@m2c2.org by May 19th so we have an accurate head count and order enough food for everyone! :impatient Let's blow them away with a great member turnout, show Century what a great club we have and make this an event to remember!!

The drive should last 2 1/2 to 3 hours of FUN
Paul at Century will be holding a raffle for MINI Gear!! Award time will be around 12:45!!

Just came from hanging out at Hendrick MINI. Alot of talk about your BBQ Run but for most of us in Charlotte thats race weekend. Be great if you could reschedule. If not have FUN and Motor ON!!

 

I wish I could, but I've been trying to schedule this event since January, and this is the first open date I could arrange.

I am one of those Charlotte MINIs going to the race both Saturday and Sunday. Memorial Day Weekend is always race weekend in Indy and Charlotte.

I hate to miss this, I know it will be fun.

 

Keep me in mind for the next one. Living in Charlotte, Memorial Day week is "Speed Week" and the Holy Grail for racing fans. No chance I can make it on that weekend.

 

I'm in as long as my job doesn't throw a wrench in things.

Put me down plus 1. Looking forward to it. "Race Week" has no impact on me. Several of the folks here in Hickory have expressed interest in this so I'm going to send out a post to them to find out how many may be coming and I'll let you know. Thanks to you and Century for planning this

To the powers that be - i've had a few questions about this:
