May 1st, at MUDTOWN, one of Birmingham's newest restaurants is open and has great reviews. Let's try it out!. Now of course everyone is not going to the Dragon, so this will be a great monthly get together for all us and even make more plans as the summer is just getting started.
If you never been to one of our meet and eats or if you haven't been lately, you sure are missing out on a lot of fun. Besides what could be more fun than sitting around gabbing with other MINI owners laughing and telling stories.

Hello Birmingham! I'm the new guy here. Wanted to chime in with a "hey y'all". I'm gonna try for the May 1 meet. Where's Mudtown? I'm looking forward to some events.

Green Valley Road. You can go to the website for more detailed route. I think it will be easier coming from intersection at Water Works. It will be down on the right from what their website says.

Here are the directions they have posted on their website

From the Summit, come to the back of the Summit where you’ll see a CVS pharmacy. The street name changes to Crosshaven at this point. Go straight through the light (green, of course) and over the hill, arriving at an intersection that features a Rite Aid on the right. The road intersecting the one you’re on is Green Valley Road. Take a left at this light. You’ll immediately see a Western Supermarket on your right. We’re directly behind it, a quaint two-story house with black awnings. Park and come on in!
From 280 (water works plant), continue up 280 East to the major intersection. If you take a right at this light, you’re on Rocky Ridge. If you take a left, you’re on Green Valley Road (that’s our street!). Soooo, take a left. Continue down to and through a blinking red light (make sure you stop first). As you crest a small hill, we’re quickly on the left. Park and come on in!

i have to go to my folks tonite(theyve moved here from miami recently) so ill see all the dragon folks at the dragon.

 

I got sent out of town tonight for work. I'm 25 miles north from Auburn so I missed the meeting. Sorry. I will be back tomorrow night late but will see everyone at the dragon.

 

Very, Very good meal. I wanta go back. So many other things I didn't get to order. Company was great. I got to meet a few new ones and enjoyed every minute. I hope everyone that doesn't get to go to the Dragon has a great week, and the other ones I will see you there.
