South Bay MINI - Sales Manager Jennifer Osborn simply best in industry

Problems frequently occur; it is however quite rare when an auto dealership steps up and takes responsibility for their mistakes.

I had a problem at South Bay MINI with my custom order for a 2006 MINI Cooper S Convertible.

What I never expected, was that an extremely pregnant South Bay MINI dealership Sales Manager - Jennifer Osborn would come out of Maternity Leave to go in and amicably solve the problem. That is way above and beyond the call.

South Bay Mini is lucky to have Jennifer Osborn as their Sales Manager. They are also lucky to have their dealership's General Manager - Will Silva.

A mistake occured in my order which resulted in the wrong rims and tires arriving on my custom ordered MCSC. Mistakes happen. It took a special dealership however - South Bay MINI to correct the oversight and provide the customer service necessary to solve the problem.

South Bay MINI charges MSRP for their MINI's. That helps my personal bottom line.

South Bay MINI works to provide exemplary customer service in order to fix mistakes. That's priceless.

Glad to hear that it worked out - saw your first thread and it didn't sound right at all and I am happy to hear they made things right. I hope the person/people that were not up to doing the right thing at first learned something and changed their ways.

I completely agree. They are very professional, and I'm happy that your problems were solved to your satisfaction.

Fuzzy, thank you for posting this. Most of us are quick to flare when things don't go our way, and then when things do, we don't always take the time to give recognition when it is due. Thanks for taking time to do just that.

I haven't had occasion to work with South Bay, but knowing they went the extra mile to fix an error, will help me keep them in mind for future business.

That was definitely unexpected. Whoa.

Jennifer is awesome. I'm happy to say I got my MINI from her.

She's not quite the second coming of Miniqueen, but she's very close.
