That sucks. You know, people just can't seem to get close enough to a Mini. On my ***, parking me in, you name it. That photo is one of my biggest fears with this car.

Urggggggggggg Having had my Cabrio keyed from front to back, I know how you feel....I'm so sorry - creeps!!!!!

Every dog has it's day - so to speak - so hopefully whoever did it, will feel that "what goes around, comes around"....

Almost as bad as the surprise waiting for my wife and I after "cheaping out" on wings 'n' beer at our local bar last Friday.

Returned to find a shopping trolley firmly embedded in the passenger-side rear quarter panel.....quote for repair almost $500. Most expensive Happy Hour we've ever enjoyed

gosh, what a rotten gift. i don't understand how some people have the time to express that much negative attention towards an adorable car.

i'm seriously biting my nails now since there are a bunch of low lives in my neighborhood and i'm expecting for my new MINI to deliver sometimes in April.

my current car was trashed with ranch sauce and jack in the box burgers all over the windshield & driver's door before and it's just a rav4! then another time, the driver's window was broken into and took my car stereo. i called the cop to report the stolen part and he said that it is not necessary since there are too many car theft crimes around so they don't take reports anymore. wtf?

I had this problem the other night. The person parked so sideways I had barely an inch to back out. So I left a little note... "Learn How To Park"

This is why we must demand the batmobile kit on all the new MINIs. If someone gets too close, spikes, flamethrowers, machine guns, and all sorts of cool gadgets teach them a lesson: STAY AWAY!

Happy Birthday! Sorry that happened. That's terrible! :(

I don't know what it is with MINIs being super prone to getting door dings and keyed. I've never heard of one breed of car getting them more than a MINI does. Hope your Birthday was ok outside of that. I know how you feel, my birthday this year was struck by a tragedy as well, so I'm right along with you. Good luck.

I've left that note as well. It's quite liberating!

Sorry to hear that! I have had my past cars either been egged, keyed, and a victim of a hit and run while I was on vacation in the past. I know how it feels and its a sign of jealousy! I hope things turn out for the best! By the way happy birthday!

Do you think maybe it OUR fault? I mean really. Maybe we have brought on this anamosity ourselves. It just might be, you know, that people are really fed up with eating our dust.

I totally feel your pain. Don't you just wish you could have caught the person that did it?!!!

My '05 MCS was a victim of hit & run 2 weeks ago...to the tune of $2500... (Needed a new bonnet, bumper, xenon headlight). What I wouldn't give to have found the person that did it.

I just don't get damaging someone's property and not taking responsibility for it.
