05 MC Change Holder ? Am I Crazy

Ok, we just took the Egguin to the dealer and when we got it back I noticed that in the center console under the hand brake in the change holder thingy that the rubber matt was missing. Mr Goaljnky swears that there is no rubber matt in here. I say there is. So am I crazy or am I right?

Currently you can see the stamping on the rubber from when the piece was made.

Any help to settle this disagreement would be great.

Thanks

Are you referring to whats on the ride side of the pic?

There is also another variation of this as well.

Ours looks different, its semi circled and much smaller. It sits right behind the side mirror switch and the ebrake. I will try to get Goaljnky to post a photo

This thing?

Yes, there is a rubber pad in there - but this is for a '05MCSC. Don't know if the tin top is the same...

Hard top have the same thing.

I find it utterly useless, its too shallow, and the handbrake is in the way.

There is a rubber piece in my '06 MCS. It is OK for small change, but that is about it. Keys are to big.

Don't pay for it, it's probably like $15. Call and tell them to mail it to you!
