British names for men

I'm still trying to figure out if my MCS has a name. It occured to me today that it might be a Brit boy name, but I don't know too many. Y'all have any suggestions? I'm hoping if someone suggests the right one for my car, I'll just know it.

I'm leaning towards Clive or Duncan right now.

Simon. The first British male I ever met was a young man named Simon (he had bad teeth , but he was super nice ).

You could go with something like:
Niles, Nigel, Tibbits, or Pip.

Or you could go something more historical:
Percy, Shelley, Shakespeare, Byron, Tennisson, Coleridge...

Or you could go with something like:
Young Master Bates

Or my preference:
Lord Greystoke <G>

SweetTea, have you decided on a name yet? From your choices, I especially like "LOGAN" because one of my favorite movies was Logan's Run.

If someone out there has a BRG MINI, they could name it Soylent Green!

Well, "Ian" is a classic British name, although technically it's Scottish for "John" and I really can't imagine it as a car name.

Ack! No! BRITISH car...

I like Giles and Nigel best myself...

My baby is named Sebby, which is a common nickname in England for Sebastian.

You could try Randy, but people may not be able to tell whether that's a real name or a descriptive adjective.

Giles is the name of my MCS. He's named after Rupert Giles in Buffy the Vampire Slayer; a proper British gentleman who can still kick butt! I liked seeing his name come up in this thread. Of course, Rupert's not a bad name, either......

Randy (the adjective) seems to fit most of the MINI owners I know.
