"Any exhaust from behind the catalytic converter and back may be used. "

If so, What yah think of it?

One ball

I did the one ball mod. It sure saves a bunch of weight. I think the power gains, if any, a very minimal. It's not much louder either. I guess I'm glad I did it.

The One Ball exhaust for the MCS is legal for autocross- any cat back exhaust is OK.

Definitely you can save some weight but it doesn't really do that much else. Most of the weight saved is placed in the rear and low so not much help for FWD car.

We don't have any MCS with the One Ball exhaust in my region so far and just a few out on the roads (they seem to be OK).

Good question.

Hey, how about a straight pipe exhaust from the Cat back? That might work.
