I feel sorry for everyone in the flooded areas through out the state. Atleast here in the Central Valley we don't get as much rain.

A friend of mine was very lucky in a wreck the other night. She was throwing a New Year's party saturday night and one her friends showed up with his friend in a 2005 Roush Mustang. He took her for a ride that niether of them will ever forget. Not far from her neighborhood, they pulled onto a road that leads onto a freeway onramp (the 57 near cal state fullerton) and as he was shifting either from first to second or second to third -- the stories I heard were conflicting -- he lost control, fishtailed once or twice, careened over the curb, through some head-high hedges, through a chain link fence and when he thought they were finally coming to a stop, the car flew into a drainage ditch, hitting the opposite side of the ditch with the rear passenger side of the roof before finally coming to rest on its wheels in the ditch. The passenger side glass all shattered, the rear widow popped out, the roof was crunched in several inches and there were body kit pieces all along the course of the wreckage. And they both walked away. The skid marks where they hit the curb were only about two feet apart. The storm channel is 8 to 10 feet deep and 10 to 15 feet wide but had only 4 to 5 inches of water in it. To have hit the opposite side like they did, I figure they must have still been going at least 40+ mph. And no airbags deployed. As far as I can tell, the worst of his injuries were to his ego and wallet. She came out with a stiff neck, slight concussion, and seat belt bruise.

fresno doesn't get much rain, I laugh at that one.. I talked with my friend from over there today... her responce, "It's been raining for 40 hours straight, with no site of it letting up till tonight."

In slo, it was like a hurricane earlier. And I'm sure we sent more to you

Good luck all in cali. RAIN RAIN GO AWAY, SO I CAN GO MOTOR MORE

Wonder MINI powers ACTIVATE!
