hey guys,

my friend said there was some kind of recall on a 2002 MCS. any one knows about this??

Most of the items are already known.

 

i just spoke to jen at BMW, she said that they where making calls to owners who didn't do their recalls...awesome! my MCS is up to spec.

 

One was the dreaded v39 recall that created flat spots and the like for many a motorer. In CA, you have to have it done by the time you re-register the car with required smog, and that isn't for a while if you bought it in state. The other was the emissions tank hose.... Original kind of disintingrated.
