For those of you who have the Aero Kit front apron on their Mini, or those who have seen one....

(a)Does the same black wheelwell side strips from either side of the stock bumper fit the aero bumper or (b)is the aero apron all one piece? I'd like to get one and put it on myself and just wondering if those pieces are re-usable or need to be purchased.

My dealer told me that they could only do the istallation, as someone who worked at a body shop I figured I could save a hefty sum by doing it myself. I don't know if I believe them or not.

I know for a fact that I can swap a MINI bumper cover out... I've already removed and re-installed my own S bumper cover. I just noticed in some pic that the wheel well surrounds look like one piece that was painted black to match the rest of it... It looked as though it is all one piece, not three like the stock version.

I've also read in many threads that people have put on their own aero kit in about 2 hours time.
