Hi Guys!

I am a week 45, and we just found out that according to the W & W shipping site, our new 2006 BRG/Black roof Cooper S was just loaded onto the vessel!

We ordered this guy on week 40, or 41, I cannot remember which, but our dealer was able to tell us that it would be built in Week 45, and then arrive 4 weeks later, so it looks like they are going to be right on the money!

We are really looking forward to owning a Mini. I am vintage racer, and we absolutely LOVE to watch the classic Minis races! We vintage race a 1950 MG TD, and the Mini is to become our daily driver! Hot damn, we cannot wait!

Welcome! We have 2 MINIs and an MG T in our family. It is fun to own and enjoy British cars of all ages and styles! Great photo, by the way!

 

When was it loaded? Friday? or today? If it was loaded Friday then you are a week 45 person. If it was loaded today it is technically a week 46. Either way it is all good as you are getting a MINI!


Besides the Bavarian Racing Green/ Black, What options did you choose?

 

Welcome to NAM!!! Where is your MINI going to reside? Your MG is gorgeous.. We have a couple of classic British cars also - a 58 MGA and a 71 Morris Minor Traveller (pix in my gallery). Ours are definitely not the racing version..:smile:

Someone asked what options besides "Bavarian Racing Green" (with black roof)?

We ordered the three option packages: Premium, Sport, and Cold Weather; the auto with Agitronic, the leather seating, and floor mats. That's It!

I see today that it is marked "Enroute", but that the Charleston arrival has now changed to the 27th, from the 24th, as they are making a stop in Baltimore.

I believe that we could still be looking at sometime in early December for our delivery!

Hey FutureQueen! We haven't met but I feel like I have met you over there on metroplexMINI.org. Anyway MGRacer514 ordered his car from me and we are both eagerly awaiting the arrival of his car. Maybe I'll see you at the party for Robert's car in Dallas next Monday.
