Icelink+ in 06

Just installed the Icelink + in a 06 with the HK setup. Installation was a snap and I installed the headunit model. ID3 tags work and all. Sound quality is awesome.

That setup requires you to control the iPOD via the head unit only, right?

Icelink+

I was considering installing the icelink+ in my MC I was wondering how long it took you to install it.

Do you know if installing an Icelink+ or any other aftermarket ipod adapter yourself voids any kind of warranty?

I got mine mounted a couple of months back. Can't live with out it now. I mounted mine so it is out of sight.

I got the trunk version. Made it a snap to install. Took a little while to get the cable run up to the front.

I have the HU version and it took about 15 min to install. As for the warranty, check here...
